Jeep Mexico

In May 2019 we purchased a brand-new Jeep Rubicon in Chihuahua MX, we live in Puerto Penasco Sonora Mx so had to drive it 20 hours back. It was my husbands dream vehicle so whatever he wanted. Within months, we began having problems with it NOT starting on random occasions we could stop at a gas station, then it just wouldnt start we would wait 20 minutes and then it would just start again. As time went on, it kept happening more often and wouldnt turn on for longer periods of time, so long to where we would have to leave it where it broke down. We sent the vehicle to the Jeep dealership in San Luis where they did some work BUT the problem persisted. This jeep has been in the shop LONGER than we have had it and NOTHING is being done. As I look on the Jeep forums, it seems this problem is becoming more and more common in other jeeps and seems you (JEEP) is taking ZERO responsibility. We have spoken to Mexico City (one of your manufactures) and they have been NO help and like to point the finger at the purchaser, then themselves. And on TOP of it, your so called warranty cant even give us a RENTAL CAR! They make US pay for a tow truck and expect US to find a way to move the Jeep to a different mechanic. I WILL never recommend JEEP to anyone and for someones first vehicle, you have made this experience and his dream vehicle a nightmare. I will continue pursuing all outlets necessary and submit any forms possible until YOU MAKE THIS RIGHT. This is absolutely unacceptable and you should be embarrassed for the product you produce.
